Stephanie Luttrell, Director of Metalwoods Development, illustrates how the engineering in the TSR4 driver is built for those looking to reduce spin and increase distance.

Adjustable Spin Control

TSR4 provides both front and back weighting options to allow even more players to experiment with gaining distance through lower spin. The forward setting produces maximum spin reduction, while the back is more moderate creating more of a TSR3.5 performance profile.

Multi-Plateau VFT Design

Similar to TSR2, this variable face thickness construction is used in TSR4 to build the face inward, layer by layer, offering more consistent speed and distance across the entire hitting surface.

Player-Tuned Performance

TSR4 is an ultra-low spin driver, but its also a Titleist. That means focusing on every detail from the feel of the club as it moves through the air to the sound it makes at impact and tuning everything to meet the standards of our players.

ALD Rogue Black 130 MSIoffers unmatched performance and consistency through the use of advanced, extremely high modulus, Graphitic Carbon Fibers that provide performance characteristics never before available in a golf shaft.

ALD Rogue Black 95 MSIcombines advanced graphitic carbon with Aldilas exclusive RIP Technology. This unique combination creates a Rogue shaft design that in the same weight category is lower in torque and provides for a even lower penetrating ball flight.

ALD Rogue Silver 110 MSIis the number one driver shaft on Tour. ROGUE offers unmatched performance and consistency through the use of advanced aerospace materials and design technology. No other golf shaft on the market today utilizes the advanced, extremely high modulus, Graphitic Carbon fibers that provide performance characteristics never before available in a golf shaft.

ALD 917 Rogue MAXLaunch employs a new and unique woven graphite material to the outer layer of the shaft. This new material is incorporated into the shaft design in a 0/90 degree fiber orientation along the entire length of the shaft.

ALD RIP Alphawas introduced to the golf consumer in 2010. RIP stands for Reverse Inter-laminar Placement. Meaning, some of the bias plies that create torque were moved from the placement near the mandrel to the outside of the shaft walls. The longitudinal plies, that create stiffness were sandwiched between the bias plies.
